Coquitlam, BC, February 1, 2010 — The Honourable James Moore, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages and Member of Parliament for Port Moody-Westwood-Port Coquitlam, today announced federal support for the Coquitlam Public Library under the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program.
Minister Moore made the announcement on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, and the Honourable Diane Ablonzcy, Minister of State (Seniors).

Where we were, Where we are − a History of Coquitlam book project. Participating local seniors will produce a book on the history of Coquitlam for readers in grades 6 to 8.
